What is Happy Paws?
Happy Paws creates digital videos based on ready-made scenarios. Each product is one scenario with fixed scenes, personalized using the pet photo you upload at checkout.
How do I place an order?
Choose a scenario in the shop, upload your pet photo, fill in the required personalization fields, and complete payment. The final video will be sent by email.
Can I buy this as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s email at checkout. If you want to review first, use your own email and add a note in the order.
What photo quality do you need?
Clear, well-lit photos with the pet’s face visible, not blurry or obstructed. Front-facing shots are best. Vertical photos fit the 9:16 frame well.
Can I add personalization beyond the listed fields?
Add your request in the order notes. If it fits the chosen scenario, we will try to accommodate within the allowed scope.
What is the output file?
An MP4 vertical video optimized for mobile viewing and for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
How will I receive the video?
We send a delivery email from support@
with a download link and storage instructions. Check Inbox, Spam, or Promotions if needed.
I entered the wrong email. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can update it and resend.
I did not receive the delivery email?
Search your mailbox for Happy Paws, check Spam or Promotions. If you still cannot find it, contact support and we will resend the link.
Can I post the video on social media?
Yes. The video is optimized for social platforms.
Can I request a different song or text color?
Some scenarios allow minor adjustments to music mood or text details. Write your request in the order notes.
Do you keep my photos?
Your images are used to create your video and handled under our Privacy Policy. Please see the Policy page for details.
Can I request edits after delivery?
We support edits within the scenario’s allowed scope such as spelling, names, dates, photo order, and basic color adjustments. Please reply promptly for faster handling.
