Happy Paws provides digital products in the form of vertical personalized videos based on scenarios listed on our website. No physical shipping is involved.

File delivery method

- The finished video is sent by email to the address used at checkout

- Standard format: MP4, vertical ratio suitable for social media and mobile viewing

Delivery email details

- Delivery emails are sent from the Happy Paws support address.

- Email subjects typically include Happy Paws or Your video is ready.

- The email includes a download link and storage instructions.

- Please check Spam or Promotions if the email is not in your Inbox.

- To avoid filtering, add support@happypawsfam.com to your contacts or allow list.

Order status

When the order status is Delivered, you will receive an email with the download link.

For an update on your order, reply to the order confirmation email.

If you did not receive the email

1. Verify the email address entered at checkout

2. Search your mailbox for the keyword Happy Paws

3. If you still cannot find it, contact support and we will resend the download link

Gift delivery

You may enter the recipient’s email at checkout. If you prefer to review first, use your own email and add a note in the order.

Shipping fees

Digital products are delivered by email so no shipping fees apply.

Changing the email address after purchase

If you entered the wrong email, contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can update it and resend.

Download link security

The download link is unique to your order. Please do not share it publicly to prevent unauthorized downloads.

Resending after edits

If edits are made within the allowed scope of the scenario, you will receive a new email with the updated version and a new download link.
